Kazuhiro Ohwaki, MD, DMSc
Professor of Epidemiology

Kazuhiro Ohwaki MD, PhD is Professor at Teikyo University Graduate School of Public Health. He graduated from University of Tsukuba in 1993. After receiving his medical degree, he obtained neurosurgical training at Teikyo University Hospital and University of Tokyo Hospital. From 2002 through 2012, he served as a faculty member at the Department of Hygiene and Public Health of Teikyo University School of Medicine. He worked at Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency as a reviewer from 2012 to 2014. His current areas of interest include clinical epidemiology, stroke, and obesity-related diseases.
