Satoshi Miyata, PhD
Professor of Biostatistics






Satoshi Miyata, PhD, is a professor in Teikyo University Graduate School of Public Health and his major is biostatistics. His main research topics are cohort study, nonparametric statistics, bioinformatics and data analysis.
He graduated from the graduated school of Hitotsubashi University in economics, and Department of Statistics, the Ohio State University. He worked at the Institute of Statistical Mathematics, Japanese Foundation for Cancer Research and Tohoku University Graduate School of Medicine.
