DrPH Program

The Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) program provides students with advanced education in public health as well as skills in management, leadership, advocacy, communication, and human resource development.

Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) is a “senior manager” or “senior supervisor” who can supervise and guide the activities of various public health issues, as well as solve problems based on scientific judgment in a leadership position.

Successful applicants have
1. A certain level of knowledge, academic ability, and ability as a researcher or practitioner, and a willingness to further develop that knowledge and ability for future education and guidance.
2. Empathy for the sick and vulnerable, and a desire to change society and its systems in order to protect people’s lives and health.
3. The will to think scientifically and to make decisions and take action analytically to solve problems.
4. Expectation to improve leadership and implementation skills to supervise and guide practical activities in public health.

This program is a three-year program, but there is an option to complete it in four years.
