Social and Behavioral Sciences

What is social behavioral science?

Social behavioral science utilizes theories and methodologies in various disciplines in social sciences including sociology, psychology, communications, economics, and anthropology. It aims to clarify health behaviors of individuals, groups, organizations, and communities, as well as social, psychological, and cultural factors behind. Based on the understanding of these factors, we plan, implement, and evaluate the strategies to facilitate behavioral and societal changes to promote health.
